Do you feel that chill in the air… because things are about to get “FROZEN”!
Today on Good Morning America, Disney released the last extended trailer preview for “Frozen 2” before it arrives in theatres on November 22nd, 2019.
In the trailer, we receive our first glimpse of the flashbacks to King Agnarr and Queen Iduna recounting a pretty big event that took place near the Kingdom of Arendelle, many years prior to the events of the original. Which you’d of thought would’ve been vital for Anna and Elsa’s narrative for Frozen (2013), but I digress, as apparently there was an enchanted forrest that stood on the outskirts of the Kingdom, then something went wrong and suddenly people could not enter or leave the forrest.
So it seems that this will become integral to Elsa learning about where her magical powers derive, and as Pabbie the Troll ominously warns within the trailer “Magic is very alluring, and without you [Anna] she might lose herself to it”. Therefore, it’s safe to assume that we’re to dive even deeper into the Norse Mythology to better understand why the events of the original, seemed to have so many overlooked plot holes.
However we don’t have to wait long as the Frozen 2 is only 2 months away, so ready yourself for another Frozen fever to sweep across the globe this winter… but then again, the cold never bothered me anyway.
